Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first from You → Settings if you want a copy.

What gets deleted

• Profile, goals, journeys and programs
• Food, water, workout, reading and journal logs
• Progress photos and support attachments
• Coach conversations, memories and action history
• Connected-app tokens (revoked at the provider where supported)
• Team memberships (messages you sent stay visible to the team without your name)

Connected apps

If you only want to stop an activity provider from sharing data, disconnect it from You → Connected Apps instead — your Apex Elite data stays.
