Apex EliteWhat we collect
- Account: email, display name, avatar, time zone, unit preferences.
- What you log: meals, water, workouts, reading, journals, photos, goals, programs, body metrics.
- Coach conversations: messages, voice transcripts (audio is transcribed and not stored), photos you send, and memories you ask Coach to keep. Restrictions and allergies are stored as sensitive memories used only to keep suggestions safe.
- Connected apps: only the categories you authorize (for example activities), with the provider, scopes and import time recorded.
- Diagnostics: error logs and basic usage events to keep the service working.
How we use it
To run the features you use, personalize Coach, compute your targets and reports, and show teammates what you have chosen to share. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train third-party models.
What teammates see
Only what you enable in Privacy settings: completion status, optional task detail, shared journals and photos you mark as team-visible. Private journals, food logs, body metrics and Coach conversations are never shared.
Processors
Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), AI model providers for Coach (prompts only, no persistent storage), USDA FoodData Central for food lookups, and activity providers you connect. Each receives only what is needed for that function.
Retention
Data stays while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile, logs, photos, Coach history and connected-app tokens within 30 days; anonymized aggregates and legally required records may persist. Team messages you sent remain visible to the team without your name.
Your rights
- Export everything from You → Settings → Export my data.
- Delete your account from Settings or via Delete my data, signed in or not.
- Revoke connected-app access at any time from Connected Apps; we also revoke the provider token on deletion.
- Contact Support for access, correction or complaints.
Children
Apex Elite is not directed to anyone under 18.
