1. What Apex Elite is

Apex Elite is a personal-development and accountability tool. It helps you plan nutrition, training, reading and other habits, track them, and share progress with a team you choose. Coach is an AI assistant that drafts suggestions; nothing is saved to your account until you confirm it.

2. Not medical advice

Calorie targets, macros, training plans and Coach responses are general wellness information generated from what you tell us. They are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting an intense program, and stop if you feel unwell. Apex Elite never sets calorie targets below common safety floors without a reason you provide.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's consent.
  • Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time from You → Settings or at /account/delete.

4. Teams and community

Anything you post to a team, channel or shared journal is visible to that team. You control completion and detail sharing in Privacy settings. Harassment, impersonation, spam and content that promotes disordered eating or self-harm are not allowed and may be removed.

5. Connected apps

When you connect a third-party service (for example a watch or activity provider) you authorize Apex Elite to import only the categories you select. You can disconnect at any time; imported data stays unless you delete it. Health-sensitive categories are opt-in and may require additional consent.

6. Trademarks

Apex Elite is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators of the 75 HARD® program or any other trademark holder referenced in the app.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including injury arising from training or nutrition decisions you make.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
